• Want to play a vital role in the bigger mission of closing the wealth, opportunity, and pay gaps for Women of Color…

Then becoming an AWOC Chapter President may be the right move for you!

We currently have three spots open in the Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and Riverside County areas. We will be expanding nationwide, but we’re launching where it all started over five years ago.

The benefits of becoming an AWOC Chapter President:

• Remain motivated, celebrated, and inspired by one of the most welcoming and supportive groups for Women of Color that Los Angeles has ever seen.
• You will already have a built-in audience on a consistent growth trajectory: almost 2,000 members in Meetup, Association mailing list of 150+, and 1,300 followers on Instagram.
• You will have an in-person one-on-one goal setting and event strategy workshop with Nephresha, 3x Corporate Award-Winning Business Consultant and Founder of AWOC, plus two virtual 1:1 consulting sessions for guidance and support (a $4,000 value alone!)
• You have the freedom to structure your events in a way that aligns best with you and your personal goals.
• All event posting, ticketing, and payment processing are done through AWOC’s administrative team on multiple platforms – just send in your event details and we take care of the rest!
• You'll have the opportunity to earn back your investment through our AWOC Association Ambassador Program and ticket sales.

The Commitment

• The initial Chapter President agreement is for six months with at least one event per month required.
• The strategy workshop will have to take place on a Saturday and before events are posted.
• A financial investment, with an incredibly strong Return on Investment, is required. Skin in the game always strengthens results, and Nephresha’s guidance and time are incredibly valuable resources.
