It is the SIX MONTH ANNIVERSARY of the Ambitious Women of Color Association!
This month's theme is going to be "CELEBRATION"! This will be an outdoor event at Heartspace, a beautiful large residential back yard space owned by our Association member, Peggy. Keep an eye on the weather reporting and dress accordingly. We're celebrating outside so casual cute dress code.
1. We'll start with some mingling with icebreaker questions centered around our theme as people arrive.
2. Around 5:00pm we'll have introductions and community shoutouts: you'll have the opportunity to show appreciation to any of your fellow Association members who supported you in any way recently.
3. After that we'll take a few moments to talk about the Association and the benefits of becoming a member, followed by a special business highlight and Q&A.
4. After that we'll celebrate as the sun goes down! The space transforms as it gets dark & we're welcome to hang until around 8pm.
There will be wine and light bites. Since we're celebrating and it's outdoors you're welcome (but not required) to bring a covered dish or a bottle/case. Tickets will not be sold at the door due to limited capacity and we WILL sell out, so act fast!
Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for those wanting to take precautions.
Non-member tickets will go on sale Sunday 9/19. Members can purchase tickets for guests during the pre-sale at the not-yet-member ticket price.
